The following list describes the drawings provided for the construction of a boat. Since features vary between designs, some may not have all the drawings listed or the applicable detail may be consolidated with another drawing.   Unless otherwise arranged:

  • Prices are in Canadian funds.
  • Plans are sold for the construction of one vessel only.
  • All designs are furnished with an allowance for consultation included – (approx. 15% of the plan price). Costs for telephone, postage, courier, etc. may be extra.
  • Some details may be consolidated onto one sheet.
  • Applicable standard detail sheets & guidance data are not listed.
  • Some designs may be provided with computer lofted “corrected offsets” (L) (included) or CNC kit files. (CNC) (additional cost)

Notes on  Drawings & Services

  1. Drawings required for inspected vessels will be as specified by the regulatory agency.
  2. Compliance with regulations in the country of operation/registration will be the responsibility of the owner/builder.
  3. Recreational vessels may have additional drawings furnished as an option.
  4. Not furnished: Systems drawings/information such HVAC (Heating, ventilation, Air Conditioning, electrical),-Specifications, – Statement of Requirements, etc.
  5. Passenger Vessels are subject to regulatory over-site/inspection and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
